We offer several shipping options at checkout to fit your needs. All delivery windows are estimates provided directly by our shipping carriers:

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is completely accurate and includes all necessary apartment, suite, or unit numbers.

Changes to Orders: If you notice an error in your address, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will attempt to update it before fulfillment. However, once an order has been processed or dispatched by our warehouse, we cannot alter the destination, reroute the package, or issue a refund for the error.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

Transfer of Liability: Once a package leaves our fulfillment facility and is accepted by the postal carrier, custody and delivery liability transfer entirely to the carrier.

Confirmed Deliveries: We are not responsible or liable for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier but are missing or stolen from your property.

Action Steps: If your tracking states your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, and your local post office branch before filing a formal missing mail claim directly with the carrier.
5. Damaged or Defective Deliveries

If your items arrive damaged or defective due to transit handling or manufacturing errors, you must report the issue to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number alongside clear photographic evidence of the damage. Approved claims will receive an immediate replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.
