Welcome to Pain-Free Mobility.
Here is Your Quick-Start Guide.
IMPORTANT: Your feet have been structurally misaligned for years. Please read this short adaptation guide to ensure a smooth transition back to healthy walking.
Throw Out the "Foam Illusion"
The biggest mistake people make is placing Morning Step directly on top of their shoe's existing factory insole. This will crowd your foot and ruin the structural alignment.
Those flimsy, paper-thin factory insoles are exactly what caused your arch to collapse in the first place. Reach into your shoe, pull out the original factory foam inserts, and throw them in the trash where they belong.
The 60-Second Custom Fit
Morning Step is designed to fit 95% of shoes flawlessly right out of the box. Simply slide the insole into your shoe, ensuring the heel cup is pushed all the way to the back.
Need a trim? If the insole is slightly too long for your specific shoe brand, don't worry. Simply take the old factory insole you just removed, place it on top of Morning Step as a template, and trace the toe edge with a pen. Use regular household scissors to carefully trim the top edge for a perfect, custom fit.
The 14-Day Healing Phase
Morning Step isn't just a cushion; it is an active orthopedic tool. Because it is forcing your foot back into its natural, healthy alignment, you may experience slight soreness or arch pressure during the first few days. This is normal. This means it is working.
Days 1-3: The Realignment. Do not wear Morning Step all day yet! Your foot muscles are "waking up" for the first time in years. Wear them for only 2 to 3 hours a day to let the fascia adjust to the new, healthy arch height.
Days 4-7: The Adjustment. The initial pressure will begin to fade as your foot accepts the proper anatomical posture. Increase your wear time to 4 to 6 hours a day. You will likely notice a massive reduction in your morning heel pain during this phase.
Day 14+: The Morning Step. Your feet are now structurally supported. The micro-tears have stopped. You can comfortably wear your insoles all day long, from your first step out of bed to your evening walk.
